To move “That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act".

That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

Application For Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver's Licence - Dumisani Zenzo Ncube (A410)

Minutes:

The Licensing Officer submitted a report for Members to consider whether an application for a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence by Mr Dumisani Zenzo Ncube could proceed.

 

Mr Ncube attended the meeting.

 

* RESOLVED –

 

That Mr Ncube’s application for a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence be allowed to proceed, initially for a period of 12 months, with the awarding of ten penalty points (gradually reducing to zero points by 2022 provided no further incidents occur) and subject to the completion of the application process.
