Local Government Act 1972 - Exclusion of Public

To move “That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act".

Review Of Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver's Licence - Joseph Bernard O'Neill (A230)

Minutes:

The Licensing Officer submitted a report for Members to consider a review of the Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence of Mr Joseph Bernard O’Neill.

 

Mr O’Neill attended the meeting with his representative.

 

* RESOLVED –

 

That Mr O’Neill’s Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence be suspended for a period of one month, following which his licence would be for a probationary period of 12 months.
