Review of Decision to Terminate an Introductory Tenancy (8 - 17/18) (A090) View the reasons why item 89. is restricted Minutes: Pursuant to Minute No. 84 (Appeals and Regulatory Committee 2017/18) the Committee considered a request from a tenant for a review of the Council’s decision to terminate an introductory tenancy. The appeal was heard in accordance with the Council’s Introductory Tenant’s Procedure. The tenant attended the meeting. *RESOLVED – That the officers’ decision be upheld, suspended on payment of the current rent plus the arrears by the end of October, 2017.
