To move “That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act".

That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the ground that they involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

Review Of Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver's Licence - Roger Kenneth Paul (A230)

Minutes:

The Licensing Enforcement Officer submitted a report for Members to consider a review of the Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence held by Mr Roger Paul.

 

Mr Paul attended the meeting.

That Mr Paul’s Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence be suspended for a period of two weeks.
