Minutes of the Meeting of the Appeals and Regulatory Committee held on 29 November, 2017.

RESOLVED –

That the minutes of the meeting of the Appeals and Regulatory Committee held on 29 November, 2017 be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

RESOLVED –

That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the ground that they involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

* RESOLVED –

That consideration of the review be deferred to the meeting of the Committee on 3 January, 2018 to provide opportunity for Mr Harland to attend.

The Licensing Enforcement Officer submitted a report for Members to consider a review of the Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence held by Mr Roger Paul.

Mr Paul attended the meeting.

* RESOLVED –

That Mr Paul’s Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence be suspended for a period of two weeks.
