1.   That the disposal of amenity land at Compass Crescent, Old Whittington and Deed of Variation to existing substation lease be approved on the terms set out in the officer’s report.

2.   That the Property, Procurement and Contracts Law Manager be granted delegated authority to agree late amendments to the sale and existing lease.

2.   That the Property, Procurement and Contracts Law Manager be granted delegated authority to agree late amendments to the contract.

1.   That the disposal of 87 New Square, Chesterfield be approved on the terms set out in the officer’s report.

2.   That the Property, Procurement and Contracts Law Manager be granted delegated authority to agree late amendments to the sale and, in the event of the purchaser withdrawing, that authorisation be granted to approach the remaining bidders.
