Local Government Act - Exclusion of Public

To move “That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act".

Review of Decision to Extend an Introductory Tenancy (4 - 18/19) (A100)

Minutes:

The Committee considered a request from tenants for a review of the Council’s decision to extend an introductory tenancy.

 

The appeal was heard in accordance with the Council’s Introductory Tenant’s Procedure. The tenants attended the meeting.

 

* RESOLVED –

 

That the tenants’ appeal be upheld.

Application for Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver's Licence for Steven David Kerry (A410)

Minutes:

The Licensing Enforcement Officer submitted a report for Members to consider whether an application for a Private Hire Driver’s Licence by Mr Steven Kerry could proceed.

 

Mr Kerry attended the meeting.

 

* RESOLVED –

 

That Mr Kerry’s application for a Private Hire Driver’s Licence be allowed to proceed, initially for a probationary period of 12 months, and commencing with 6 penalty points.
