*RESOLVED –

1.    That Chesterfield Borough Council’s Local Authority Discretionary Grant Fund scheme be approved and implemented.

2.    That the Assistant Director – Customers, Commissioning and Change, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Business Transformation and Customers and interim Chief Finance Officer, be granted delegated authority to complete regular reviews of the scheme, ensuring grant funds are fully utilised for the benefit of local businesses.

3.    That the decisions be treated as urgent and exempt from call-in, in accordance with paragraphs 12.2 and 14.15 of the Scrutiny Procedure Rules in Part 4 of the Constitution.
