Report seeking approval to consult on removal of Duke Street and Chapel Street from the parking order.
Decision:
1. That the proposed changes to the 2014 Order (as amended) be made, subject to consideration of any unresolved representations by the Cabinet Member for Town Centre and Visitor Economy, following statutory consultation.
2. That the Local Government and Regulatory Law Manager be authorised to make the proposed changes to the 2014 Order providing there are no unresolved representations.
