That thanks be conveyed to Members of the Scrutiny Review Panel and the Overview and Performance Scrutiny Forum for their work and observations on the Council’s approach to external communications.

That the recommendations at paragraphs 10.2, 10.4 and 10.5 of the report be agreed and taken into account in the formulation of the new external communications strategy.

(3) |
That the recommendation at paragraph 10.3 of the report be implemented following the approval of the external communications strategy.
