Pursuant to Minute No. 168 (Appeals and Regulatory Committee) the Licensing Manager submitted a report for Members to consider proposed amendments to the Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policy following the period of consultation approved by the Committee on 7 February, 2018.
The proposed amendments had been sent to all licensed drivers and operators, including all members of the Taxi consultative Committee, and had been available on the Council website and at the Licensing service counter. No responses had been received.
* RESOLVED –
That the proposed policy amendments be approved with immediate effect.
