The Licensing Enforcement Officer submitted a report for Members to consider a review of the Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence held by Mr George Derby.

 

Mr Derby attended the meeting.

 

*RESOLVED –

 

That six points be issued to Mr Derby’s license in addition to the 18 points previously issued which would remain on his Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence.
