The Licensing Enforcement Officer submitted a report for Members to consider whether an application to restore a Private Hire Driver’s Licence by Mr Jayce Lee Dixon could proceed.
Mr Dixon attended the meeting with a companion.

That Mr Dixon’s Private Hire Driver’s Licence be restored, initially for a probationary period of 6 months.
