RESOLVED –
That the application for a
variation of the Premises Licence by Barlborough Property One Ltd in respect of Vibe and
The Loft, 21-23 Holywell Street, Chesterfield, S41 7SA be granted
subject to:
(a) the relevant mandatory
conditions
(b) the conditions
set out in the operating schedule of the existing
licence
(c) the
following additional conditions:
i All
security staff at the premises shall wear body worn cameras whilst
on duty. Such cameras must be in working order and filming at all
times that they are worn. Such cameras must also be capable of
storing images which can be replayed and viewed (under the prevention of crime and disorder licensing
objective);
ii sensors must be
fitted to all fire exits to alert staff when these exits are used
(under the prevention of crime and disorder licensing
objective).
