*RESOLVED –

1.    That the updated Lost Property Policy be approved and implemented with immediate effect.

2.    That the Lost Property Policy be reviewed after four years.

3.    That the Service Director – Corporate, in consultation with the Deputy Leader, be granted delegated authority to approve future minor Lost Property Policy amendments.
