The Senior Democratic and Scrutiny Officer submitted a report which included the details of the proposed Overview and Scrutiny Committees’ Work Programme for 2021/22.

Councillors noted that the Climate Change Action Plan item had not been included in the work programme for the Overview and Performance Scrutiny Forum. The Senior Democratic and Scrutiny Officer explained that the item had not been mentioned by councillors in the first work programming session but there was an option to add the item to the work programme for an update later in the year.

RESOLVED –

1.    That the Overview and Scrutiny Work Programme 2021/22 be approved and recommended to the Council’s Overview and Scrutiny Committees (OSCs).

2.    That the Climate Change Action Plan item from the Overview and Scrutiny Work Programme 2020/21 be added to the Overview and Scrutiny Work Programme 2021/22.
