1.   That the freehold transfer of land at the junction of St Augustines Road and Harehill Road to Derbyshire County Council be approved on the terms set out in the officer’s report.

2.   That the Property Procurement and Contracts Law Manager be granted delegated authority to deal with any late amendments to the proposed transfer.
