That Chesterfield Borough Council remains a non-constituent member of SCR Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA). 3. That the Leader of the Council notifies the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, and the Chairs of D2N2 and SCR LEPs of Chesterfield Borough Council’s decisions. 4. That the change to Chesterfield Borough Council’s membership status at SCR LEP takes effect from 1 April, 2020. 5. That the Leader of the Council advises full Council on 17 July, 2019 of the reasons behind the decisions made.
