To move “That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 6 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act".

RESOLVED -  That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act, 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1 and 6 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act.

The Local Government and Regulatory Law Manager submitted a report to inform the Sub-Committee of objections which had been received to the above Order.

*RESOLVED -     That the objections be overruled and the order be confirmed as made.
