To move “That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs1 and 6 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act".

RESOLVED -

That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act, 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1 and 6 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act.

The Development Management & Conservation Manager submitted a report to inform the Sub-Committee of objections which had been received to the above Order. The report contained details of representations received against and in support of the Order, together with information supporting removal of T2 and T3 from the Order.

*RESOLVED -

That the objections be overruled and the Order be confirmed as modified with the removal of T2 Lime and T3 Sycamore from the Order.
