RESOLVED -   

That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act, 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 6 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act.

·        Deferred from Planning Sub-Committee meeting on 10 September, 2019 due to lack of quorum.

The Development Management and Conservation Manager submitted a report to inform the Sub-Committee of an objection which had been received to the above Order.
