Review of Decision to Terminate an Introductory Tenancy (9 - 17/18) (A090) View the reasons why item 108. is restricted Minutes: The Committee considered a request from a tenant for a review of the Council’s decision to terminate an introductory tenancy. The appeal was heard in accordance with the Council’s Introductory Tenant’s Procedure. The tenant attended the meeting. *RESOLVED - That the officers’ decision be upheld.

Review of Decision to Terminate an Introductory Tenancy (10 - 17/18) (A090) View the reasons why item 109. is restricted Minutes: The Committee considered a request from a tenant for a review of the Council’s decision to terminate an introductory tenancy. The appeal was heard in accordance with the Council’s Introductory Tenant’s Procedure. The tenant attended the meeting. *RESOLVED - That the officers’ decision be upheld.
110.	Review of Decision to Terminate an Introductory Tenancy (11 - 17/18) (A090) View the reasons why item 110. is restricted Minutes: The Committee considered a request from a tenant for a review of the Council’s decision to terminate an introductory tenancy. The appeal was heard in accordance with the Council’s Introductory Tenant’s Procedure. The tenant and her representative attended the meeting. Councillor Avis Murphy left the meeting prior to the Committee’s consideration of its decision in this case. *RESOLVED – That the officers’ decision be upheld, suspended on payment of the current rent plus a minimum amount of £10 per week towards the arrears, reducing to a minimum amount of £5 per week towards the arrears when Housing Benefit was in payment, including in rent free weeks, until the arrears were cleared.
