The appeal was heard in accordance with the Council’s Introductory Tenant’s Procedure. The tenant and her representative attended the meeting.
Councillor Avis Murphy left the meeting prior to the Committee’s consideration of its decision in this case.
*RESOLVED –
That the officers’ decision be upheld, suspended on payment of the current rent plus a minimum amount of £10 per week towards the arrears, reducing to a minimum amount of £5 per week towards the arrears when Housing Benefit was in payment, including in rent free weeks, until the arrears were cleared.
