Minutes: The Licensing Officer submitted a report for Members to consider an application by Darker Enterprises Ltd for a variation of the sex shop licence for 528 Sheffield Road, Chesterfield in respect of the proposed display of posters in the shop window in accordance with section 31(a) of the Council’s Regulations prescribing Standard Conditions for Sex Establishments.
The representative of Darker Enterprises Ltd attended the meeting.
* RESOLVED
That the application by Darker Enterprises Ltd for the display of posters in the shop window as specified within the application at 528 Sheffield Road, Chesterfield be approved, subject to a maximum of three posters plus the ‘Open’ sign being displayed at any one time, and that this be included as a condition on the licence. |
