20.	Local Government Act - Exclusion of Public To move “That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act". Part 2 (Non Public Information) Minutes: That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
21.	Introductory Tenancy Review - (1-2021/22) (A090) Minutes: The Committee considered a request from a tenant for a review of the Council’s decision to extend an introductory tenancy. The appeal was heard in accordance with the Council’s Introductory Tenant’s Procedure. The tenant was represented at the meeting by a family member. * RESOLVED – That the officers’ decision to extend the trial period of the Introductory Tenancy by 6 months be upheld.
