To move “That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act".

RESOLVED –

That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

The Licensing Enforcement Officer submitted a report for Members to consider whether an application for a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence by Mr Dilwar Uddin could proceed.

Mr Uddin attended the meeting.

*RESOLVED –

That Mr Dilwar Uddin’s application for a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence shall be permitted to continue.

The Licensing Enforcement Officer submitted a report for Members to consider whether an application for a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence by Mr Shariq Hussain could proceed.

Mr Hussain did not attend the meeting.

*RESOLVED –

That Mr Hussain’s application for a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence be adjourned to 15th May.
