The Licensing Enforcement Officer submitted a report for Members to consider whether an application for a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence by Mr Imran could proceed.

Mr Imran and his representative attended the meeting.

*RESOLVED –

That Mr Imran’s application for a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence be allowed to proceed with the award of 16 penalty points, decreasing to 13 after the first year and 10 after the second year.
