Local Government Act 1972 - Exclusion of Public

To move “That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act".

Review of a Decision to Terminate an Introductory Tenancy (23 - 18/19) (A090)

Minutes:

The Committee considered a request from a tenant for a review of the Council’s decision to terminate an introductory tenancy.

 

The appeal was heard in accordance with the Council’s Introductory Tenant’s Procedure. The tenant and his representatives attended the meeting.

That the tenant’s appeal be upheld.

Application for Private Hire Driver's Licence - Raiheel Khan (A410)

Minutes:

The Licensing Enforcement Officer submitted a report for Members to consider whether an application for a Private Hire Driver’s Licence by Mr Raiheel Khan could proceed.

 

Mr Khan and his representative attended the meeting.

 

*RESOLVED –

 

That Mr Khan’s application for a Private Hire Driver’s Licence be allowed to proceed and a licence granted, initially for a probationary period of 12 months, and commencing with 12 penalty points.
