Minutes of the Meetings of the Appeals and Regulatory Committee held on 11 December, 2019.

RESOLVED –

That the minutes of the meetings of the Appeals and Regulatory Committee held on 11 December, 2020 be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

To move “That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act".

RESOLVED –

That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

The Licensing Enforcement Officer submitted a report for Members to consider whether an application for a Private Hire Driver’s Licence by Mr Wayne Johnson could proceed.

Mr Johnson and his representative attended the meeting.

* RESOLVED –

That Mr Johnson’s application for a Private Hire Driver’s Licence be allowed to proceed.

The Licensing Enforcement Officer submitted a report for Members to consider whether an application for a Private Hire Driver’s Licence by Mr Saywan Qasemi could proceed.

Mr Qasemi attended the meeting.

That Mr Qasemi’s application for a Private Hire Driver’s Licence be allowed to proceed.
