RESOLVED –

That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

The Licensing Enforcement Officer submitted a report for Members to consider whether an application for a Private Hire Driver’s Licence could proceed.

*RESOLVED –

That the application for a Private Hire Driver’s Licence shall be allowed to proceed.

The Licensing Enforcement Officer submitted a report for Members review the licence of a Hackney Carriage / Private Hire Driver.

That the hearing be adjourned until 12 February, 2025, to give the licence holder and licensing enforcement officer time to submit further evidence
