Minutes of the Meeting of the Appeals and Regulatory Committee held on 24 July, 2019.

RESOLVED –

That the minutes of the meetings of the Appeals and Regulatory Committee held on 24 July, 2019 be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

To move “That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act".

RESOLVED –

That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the ground that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

The Committee was due to consider a request from a tenant for a review of the Council’s decision to terminate an introductory tenancy but the tenant had informed officers prior to the meeting that she was unable to attend and had given reasons.

* RESOLVED –

That consideration of the review be deferred to the meeting of the Appeals and Regulatory Committee to be held on 11 September, 2019 to provide opportunity for the tenant to attend.
