Decision: * That the application for a New Premises Licence by Stephen Eyre, in respect of 5 Breckland Road, Walton, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S40 4RW be granted in accordance with the application subject to: (a)the conditions in the original and additional operating schedules submitted with the application but modified as follows: i. that the hours for the sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption both on and off the premises) be 11:00 to 21:00 Monday to Saturday, 11:00 to 19:00 Sunday, 11:00 to 23:00 Christmas Eve and from 11:00 New Year’s Eve to 00:30 New Year’s Day with a premises closing time of 5 minutes later. ii. that the direction of smokers to use the rear yard be removed from the application and a condition be imposed prohibiting access to the rear yard by patrons for public safety reasons. (b)the usual mandatory conditions.
