Agenda and decisions

1.   That the proposed changes to the 2014 Order as outlined in the officer’s report, subject to consideration of any unresolved representations by the Cabinet Member for Town Centre and Visitor Economy and following statutory consultation, be approved.

2.   In the event that there are no unresolved representations, that the Local Government and Regulatory Law Manager be authorised to make the proposed changes to the 2014 Order.
