1.   That the appointment of consultants to provide an options appraisal and RIBA Stage 2 designs for Stephenson Memorial Hall, Chesterfield, as detailed in paragraph 4.4 of the officer’s report, be approved subject to contract and references.

2.   That the payment to the consultants to carry out the work, as detailed in section 5 of the officer’s report, be approved.
