*RESOLVED –

1.   That the proposed lease of land at Whitebanks Close, Chesterfield, be approved on the terms set out in the officer’s report.

2.   That the funding and demolition works of the former derelict archery pavilion on the site be approved.

3.   That the Property Procurement and Contracts Law Manager be granted delegated authority to agree minor amendments to the lease.
