*RESOLVED –

1.    That the proposed ten-year lease of the car park area owned by Chesterfield Borough Council to Staveley Miners Welfare Football Club Ltd be approved on the terms set out in the officer’s report.

2.    That the Property, Procurement and Contracts Law Manager be granted delegated authority to deal with any late amendments to the terms of the lease.
