1.    It is recommended that the Cabinet Member for Economic Growth approves the transfer/sale of the absolute freehold title of land shown shaded yellow on the attached plan.

2.    The Property Procurement and Contracts Law Manager be granted delegated authority to agree late amendments to the transfer.
