*RESOLVED –

1.    That the Additional Restrictions Grant Scheme for Chesterfield Borough Council be approved and implemented.

2.    That the Assistant Director – Customers, Commissioning and Change, in conjunction with the Assistant Director – Economic Growth and the Cabinet Member for Business Transformation and Customers, be granted delegated authority to complete regular reviews of the scheme, ensuring Grant funds are fully utilised for the benefit of local businesses.
