Sale of Lock-up Garage and Sub-Station site, Rose Hill, Chesterfield
Decision: RESOLVED –
1.1 That the asset is surplus to the Council’s requirements and that arrangements be made by Property & Technical Services (Estates) to action a sale by auction.
1.2 That Cabinet Member approves the reserve price as set out in the main body of the report reflecting the constraints posed by the substation on the site and the cost of relocating it.
1.3 To authorise the Service Director – Economic Growth to agree any further amendments to the sale transaction in line with paragraph 4.8 of the report.
