Consent is granted to the pruning of one Sycamore tree reference T7 on the order map for Heathscapes on behalf of Mr Robinson of 7 Hastings Close, Newbold.

Consent is granted to the pruning of one Oak tree reference T30 on the Order map for Mrs Eunice Finney on behalf of Mrs James at 92 Mansfield Road, Hasland.

Consent is granted to the pruning of two Ash trees reference T10 and T11 on the Order map for Mr M Rayner of 6 Glenavon Close, New Whittington.

(b)   Notification of Intent to Affect Trees in a Conservation Area

CHE/20/00517/CA - The felling of two Elderberry trees at land adjacent to 87 High Street, Old Whittington.

Agreement to the felling of two Elderberry trees.  The felling of the trees will have no adverse effect on the amenity value of the area.

The trees are within the Old Whittington Conservation Area and the applicant wishes to remove the trees and replace with a native species hedge.
