It was moved by Councillor Maureen Davenport, seconded by Councillor Ian Callan and resolved that Councillor Glenys Falconer be elected Mayor of the Borough of Chesterfield for the Civic Year 2021/22.
(At this point, the Chair was occupied by the new Mayor.)
The Mayor then made the Declaration of Acceptance of Office and took the Oath of Allegiance.
