CHE/21/00581/CA The felling of one Willow tree in the rear garden at 544 Chatsworth Road

Agreement to the felling of one Willow tree.  The felling of the tree will have no adverse effect on the amenity value and character of the area.

The tree is within the Chatsworth Road Conservation Area and the applicant wishes to fell the tree due to shading of the garden and lack of amenity value.

CHE/21/00548/CA The felling of one Willow tree in the rear garden at 24 Abercrombie Street

Agreement to the felling of one Willow tree.  The felling of the tree will have no adverse effect on the amenity value and character of the area.

The tree is within the Abercrombie Street Conservation Area and the applicant wishes to fell the tree due to alleged subsidence damage at the neighbouring property on Victoria Street.

CHE/21/00628/CA The felling of 7 self-set Sycamore trees and conifer trees at St Thomas Church, Chatsworth Road, Brampton

Agreement to the felling of trees.  The felling of the trees will have no adverse effect on the amenity value and character of the area.

The trees are within the Chatsworth Road Conservation Area and the applicant wishes to fell the self-set trees due to potential damage to the boundary wall and the conifers are leaning and in a poor condition.

CHE/21/00578/CA The felling of one Oak tree at 19 Grove Farm Close, Brimington

Consent is refused to the felling of one Oak tree which has amenity value and adds character to the Brimington Conservation Area. The tree is highly visible from Chesterfield Road and surrounding public places and is therefore an amenity enjoyed by the general public. A provisional Tree Preservation Order has been served on the owner, so the Council have more control over any proposed felling or pruning in the future.

The tree is within Brimington Conservation Area and the applicant wishes to fell the tree due its location in the rear garden.
