* That the application for a variation of the Premises Licence by Daniel Thwaites PLC in respect of the Ark Tavern, Chesterfield Road, Brimington, Chesterfield, S43 1AD be granted in accordance with the application subject to a condition that no person under the age of eighteen years shall be permitted to remain on the premises after 21:00.
