Decision:
* That the application for a variation of the Premises Licence by Koo Chesterfield Limited in respect of Koo, 475a Chatsworth Road, Brampton, Chesterfield, S40 3AD be granted subject to the usual mandatory conditions and the conditions in the revised operating schedule submitted with the application amended to allow permitted licensable activities during the standard timings of 08.00 – 23.00 Sunday – Thursday and 09.00 – 00.30 Friday - Saturday, and non-standard timings on New Year’s Eve only until 02.00 on New Year’s Day.
(necessary to promote the licensing objective of prevention of public nuisance).
