1. That the report be noted.
2. That the comments outlined at Appendix A of the officer’s report be formally submitted to the North Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group, subject to the addition of the further suggested paragraph and the strengthening of other specified paragraphs to fully reflect Cabinet’s concerns and observations.
REASON FOR DECISIONS
To provide comment and feedback in response to the North Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group consultation on 21C #JoinedUpCare to ensure the views of Chesterfield Borough Council are taken into account in future delivery of health services for older people.
