* That the application for a variation of the Premises Licence by Blackcat Bars Ltd in respect of The Association, 14 Corporation Street, Chesterfield, S41 7TP be granted subject to:
(a) the relevant mandatory conditions
(b) the conditions set out in the operating schedule of the existing licence.
* That consideration of the application be deferred to the meeting of the Licensing Committee to be held on 9 January, 2019 to enable the applicant’s representative to attend and that the time period for making a determination on the application be extended accordingly as it was in the public interest to do so.
