RESOLVED –
1. That the Draft Statement of Licensing Policy be approved prior to sending out for consultation to individuals and businesses/authorities in relation to the Licensing Trade and other Interested Parties.
2. That as part of the consultation, information be requested from the Police and the Community Safety Team on the impact of the Cumulative Impact Zone / Special Policy and that this information, with any other responses received to the consultation, be considered by the Licensing Committee prior to its submission to Cabinet and Council for approval.
