*RESOLVED –

 

(1)

That thanks be conveyed to Members of the Scrutiny Review Panel and the Enterprise and Wellbeing Scrutiny Committee for their work and observations on the Council’s approach to the water rates arrears evictions policy and water rates collection process.

 

(2)

That the recommendations at paragraphs 10.2, 10.3, 10.4, 10.5 and 10.6 be agreed.
