That thanks be conveyed to Members of the Scrutiny Project Group and the Enterprise and Wellbeing Scrutiny Committee for their work and observations of the new leisure facilities project at this interim stage.

 

(2)

That the recommendations at paragraphs 10.2, 10.3, and 10.4 of the report be agreed.
