the Business Rate income from the Markham Vale Enterprise Zone be paid to the Sheffield City Region Local Enterprise Partnership/Combined Authority in accordance with Government policy; and subject to similar positions being taken by other Sheffield City Region rating authorities hosting parts of the Region’s Enterprise Zone.

this arrangement be reviewed in the future if there is a change in Government policy or a change to the Council’s membership of the Sheffield City Region Combined Authority.
