That a Service Level Agreement be negotiated and entered into with the Housing Services’ Operational Services Division for the future provision of the housing responsive and planned repair works programmes with effect from 5 October 2015.

That the Housing Services’ Operational Services Division’s performance against the terms and conditions of the Service Level Agreement be subject to internal review on an annual basis.
