That the revised Statement of Licensing Policy be supported and referred to Full Council for approval. |

That in future the Statement of Licensing Policy shall be referred straight to Full Council after being considered and supported by the Licensing Committee. |
REASONS FOR DECISIONS
In order that the revised Statement of Licensing Policy be presented to Full Council for approval to enable publication on 7 January, 2016.
